Authors are required to pay an article submission fee as part of the submission process.  Authors should pay some processing fees: 500,000 per accepted paper for article processing, and you can get one original reprint article. Readers can read and download any full-text article free of charge. Authors may also pay fees for the ordered original reprint articles (not reprint issues) at some eligible rates.
